The prices are below, if you require more cartridge refills than listed below then please contact us for specific pricing. All quoted prices include VAT. You will be supplied with the Freepost Address to send your cartridges to us in your purchase email confirmation

4 x Cartridges = £24.00
5 x Cartridges = £25.00

A postal charge of £1.90 per order will also be applied, unless none of the cartridges are suitable for refilling and you do not wish us to return any of them.

It is important that you read the terms and conditions below before sending cartridges back to us for refilling

Number of Refills Required

* Payment will not be taken from your account until your cartridges are received

* You must only send genuine branded ink cartridges, not cartridges that have been refilled by 3rd party refill companies

* The cartridges have not been empty or not left unused/out of the printer for more than two weeks

* You do not put any adhesive tape on the cartridge print head - place your ink cartridge in a sealed plastic bag or cling film

*Circuit strips must not be scratched or damaged in anyway

* The quoted prices above are for cartridges actually refilled, if you send us for example 5 ink cartridges but only 2 are suitable for refilling then we will charge the price for 2 cartridge refills

* If all of the cartridges that you send are not suitable for refilling, ie old, dried out, wrong cartridge type etc we will charge you a postage charge of £1.50. We will send you a detailed report of the reason why each cartridge was not refillable

* You must get proof of postage from the post office when you send back your empty ink cartridges. Should your parcel get lost in the post then it will be your responsibility to make a claim from the post office insurance, insurance value maximum is £30
