IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

There is a potential problem with the Phillips Crystal 650, Phillips Crystal 660 and Phillips Crystal 665 machines manufactured between May 2005 and June 2006. Under very rare conditions, the ink cartridge of the device may overheat, which could damage the product and pose a potential risk of fire.

Sagem Communications, who made these devices, have identified the cause and have a software upgrade that completely corrects the problem. The upgrade must be installed before fitting a new cartridge, or the cartridge may fail to work
