New Developments

We are overhauling our web sites and plan to open an exciting, eye-catching and easy to use new version of our Ink4Print site very shortly. That will soon be followed by an entirely new site, selling a wide range of useful and interesting gadgets. These launches will be accompanied by special offers for established customers. Please make sure you include your email when ordering, so we can tell you about them.

Unfortunately, our main suppliers have abandoned the US dollar in favour of the Euro and we no longer enjoy the excellent exchange rates we used to. Combined with rising costs at home, this means we have to increase our prices, many of which have remained unchanged since October 2005.

Initially, we are simply replacing the free UK postage with a single charge of £1.90 (including VAT) per order. Free postage really means we built an allowance into the price to cover the cost of the postage. However, we pay the same price to post a package containing one item as we do to post one containing a dozen, so a separate flat rate is fairer to those of our customers who order more than one item at a time.

We will then start on a complete review of our pricing structure, taking the opportunity to introduce two-tier pricing, which will give extra benefits if you buy two or more of one product. Customers who combine that with our multi-cartridge offers should find that the impact of our price changes is minimal. As it takes time to revise a web site that has thousands of products on it, the changes are being phased in over a period of several weeks.
