We have had a small number of reports that the HP Photosmart C5100 and C6100 series printers will not accept the G&G 363 compatible cartridges. This is under investigation but, until the matter is resolved, we cannot recommend the G&G compatible cartridge for use with the C5100, C6100 or C7100 series printers.

We have not had any reports of problems with other HP printers using this cartridge.

Hewlett Packard HP 363 ink cartridges

The HP 363 ink cartridges are a set of six different colour inkjet printer cartridges, with the black available in both light user and high yield versions, which is used in several Hewlett Packard printers. This combination of printer inks gives superior results when printing photographs. As inks are used at different rates, having an individual ink cartridge for each colour is more economical than having combined ink cartridges.

We can supply two types of printer cartridge in this range: HP original inkjet cartridges and G&G compatible ink cartridges. We do not supply remanufactured (recycled) ink cartridges or ink refill kits for these cartridges.

If you are looking for cheap ink, we recommend that you look at the prices of the G&G compatible cartridges.

The G&G cartridges contain twice* as much ink as the equivalent HP cartridge

* Applies to colour cartridges. The Black cartridge contains more than three times the volume of ink, compared to the HP 363 Light User cartridge.

Cartridge Zones

HP cartridges in the 300 series are specific to Europe. We understand that it may be possible to have HP regionalise printers bought outside Europe, so that they will accept these cartridges.
