Hewlett Packard HP 336 and 342 ink cartridges

The HP 336 black and HP 342 colour ink cartridges are a pair of inkjet printer cartridges, which are used together in several Hewlett Packard printers. Using three coloured ink cartridges, with black, provides traditional four colour printing, which is fine for most business use, but is not as good as five or more colours when printing photographs with inkjet ink. As inks are used at different rates, having a combined three-colour ink cartridge is less economical than having individual ink cartridges.

For both inkjet cartridges, we can supply original HP cartridges, InkTec ink refill kits, also available as a combination pack, with an original HP ink cartridge, and bulk ink for use with the kits. We do not supply compatible cartridges or remanufactured (recycled) ink cartridges for these types.

If you are looking for cheap ink, we recommend that you look at the cost of refilling your own cartridges.

Cartridge Zones

HP cartridges in the 300 series are specific to Europe. We understand that it may be possible to have HP regionalise printers bought outside Europe, so that they will accept these cartridges.

The equivalent cartridges from other zones are:

HP 336 = HP 92, HP 132, HP 850
HP 342 = HP 93, HP 136, HP 854
